The MGCCSE is joining with the Epsom MGOC to take part in a Vaelntine’s Treasure Hunt on Sunday 13th February.
The start will be at The Pheasant, Buckland, RH3 7BG from 9.45am. The Pheasant does not open until 10.00am but entrants may wish to start at the earlier time if it is planned to have lunch. The Run will take approximately 2.5Hours including a stop for Clues in Dorking Town Centre. Entrants must remember that driving must comply with the Highway Code at all times.
Entrants have the option to either await the opening of The Pheasant for Toilets etc. at 10.00am, or driving the 10-15 Minutes to Dorking Town centre where Toilets and Coffees can be obtained. The Route is around 29 Miles long and Dorking is the only stop, the remainder of the route being on picturesque roads through Surrey back to The Plough at Leigh RH2 8NJ. There will be some clues on the way around as well as at the end of the Run.
Lunch will be available at the Plough, where sheets will be handed in and marked, up to 1.15pm.
