This fun competition took place at Brooklands on Sunday 19th May
An MG Midget was towed for 100 feet along the Brooklands Finishing Straight by four teams vying for the prestigious title. It was probably not the first MG to be towed on the ancient track but may have been the first modern MG Midget!
The teams pulled hard and the 100 feet shot by in seconds – well 11.25 seconds to be precise, the winning team’s time.
And the winners were:-
